The trip to Scotland was a once in a lifetime opportunity. The scenery was amazing. Women were a bit shy but it’s ok because their accent makes up for it. Big thank you to the Glenmorangie staff and Steve Shure (nice dance moves). Knife skills with Chef Brian were a big help especially in coming up with creative garnishes for cocktails. Bridget was also kind enough to let me participate in the recent AOS class bowling graduation. It was such a blast the people on my team at one time bowled consecutive strikes! Now I’m looking forward to creating the best damn beer you’ll ever taste. Excited for Phil Ward to come to the city and cause mayhem…I mean teach us about sherry.
